When your puppy is more or less used to the new food, you can choose from three types of feeding: natural, mixed and dry. The diet of the natural direction of feeding should contain meat (beef, turkey, rabbit and veal), you can occasionally give the liver and heart. It is useful to offer the puppies porridge made from buckwheat and rice cooked in meat broth, you can add stewed vegetables (broccoli, zucchini, carrots and pumpkin). Grown up puppies can be fed with fish (fillets) and beef jellied meat.

Mixed feeding requires alternating dry puppy food with natural food. The interval between meals of ready-made factory food and natural food should be five hours.

It is helpful to give your puppy an apple wedge as a delicacy. You can combine stewed vegetables with meat, but you should avoid plant foods with intense bright colors, they can provoke allergies.

Contrary to popular belief about the dangers of dry food, they will not negatively affect the health of the puppy, if you remember about the fresh water in the bowl. It is necessary to choose balanced food specifically for puppies, which contain the necessary vitamins and minerals. Babies up to three months old are fed dry food soaked in warm boiled water in proportions of 300 ml per 100 g of feed. It is advisable to soak each portion separately, rather than preparing a large amount of food in advance.

From two months old, puppies need to be fed a small amount of raw cartilage from time to time. Older pets can be pampered with soft beef or veal bones. Half-year-old puppies can be given oatmeal porridge, but semolina and porridge from it are harmful to dogs of all ages.

So that the puppy weaned from the mother does not often be capricious, it is necessary to feed him at the same time. While he is eating, you need to talk affectionately with the pet. After feeding, it is advisable to take the baby, warm him up and put him on a soft, cozy bed.
