Parrots are better tamed and develop more actively if you play with them. Parrots can also be entertained with their own toys. To do this, you first need to interest him in the toy, and then teach him to play with it.

Instructions
Step 1
Teach your parrot the simplest ping-pong ball game. Place your parrot on a table or floor. Push the ball towards him. Of course, the parrot will not immediately figure out what is required of him. Push the ball instead of him, and then again in his direction. Sooner or later, the bird will understand this game and will roll the ball with its beak.
Step 2
Tie a piece of paper to the thread. Put the parrot on the table, wait until he tries to grab a piece of paper with his beak, and pull back the thread. The parrot will run after her.
Step 3
Place a toy assembled from a children's designer on the table. Place a parrot next to or on top of her. Get his attention by taking apart the toy. The parrot will become interested in the process and will actively help.
Step 4
Make this game harder. You will need a small box for this. Start folding the parts of the constructor from the toy disassembled with the parrot from the table into the box. After observing you, the bird will repeat your actions. Having learned this, in the future, the parrot should, when parsing the toy, not throw the parts on the table, but immediately carry them into the box.
Step 5
In the cage, the parrot will independently play with the toys that you offer him. Place a bell, a mirror in the cage. Shiny gizmos will interest the parrot. Put wooden objects in the cage: pencils, old spools of thread for grinding the beak. The bird will quickly figure out what to do with them.
Step 6
Attach a rope with several knots at some distance from each other to the top of the cage. To make the parrot interested in her, hide the treats (seeds, nuts) in the knots of the rope. The parrot will climb the rope, first in search of sweets, and then just for fun.
Step 7
Hang another rope into the cage with a ring tied to it. Place a parrot on it and swing the rope slightly. The parrot will like to swing on it, and in the future he will climb the ring himself. If you don't have a suitable ring, make and hang a rope and pencil swing in the cage, and your parrot will have fun on its own.
