Step 1
Until the puppy has received all the required vaccinations, he must not be allowed out into the street. Therefore, you will have to toilet train your puppy at home for some time. Try to make him go to a certain place.
If your dog's breeder has already trained him to go to the litter box or to the newspaper, it will be easier for you. You just have to take home a handful of sawdust or newspapers that were in the puppy's litter box. All this should be poured into the tray at your home. The puppy will quickly sense where to go by smell.
Step 2
If the puppy is not yet toilet trained. we must teach him to go to the same place. Cover the entire floor with newspapers or diapers. In any case, the dog will walk on them, will not go anywhere. Follow the puppy. After a while, you will realize that he goes to some places more often.
Over time, only leave diapers or newspapers in these areas. Then put nappies or wrap-around newspapers in the litter box - where you gave your puppy a toilet seat. The puppy usually goes to the toilet after sleeping or eating. When you see him spinning and looking for a place, carefully transfer him to the tray. If he has done his job, praise the puppy, give him a treat. Over time, he will understand everything.
Step 3
When the puppy can go outside, train him to go to the toilet there. For this you need to make an effort. Go out with the puppy for a walk at least 6 times a day. Do this immediately after sleeping and eating, when your dog has a natural need to relieve himself.
If the puppy goes to the toilet outside, praise him enthusiastically, pet him and give him something tasty. Do not worry if at first the puppy comes from the walk and does his business at home, in the litter box. Don't scold him for it. It is better to try to walk longer, so that he, willy-nilly, could not bear it, and went outside. Dogs grow quickly, soon there will be no puddles and heaps in your house.
