The main document of a person is a citizen's passport. It allows a person to travel, get a job, and receive a pension. The main document of the dog is the veterinary passport.
Instructions
Step 1
Pedigree is issued only to purebred dogs, whose origin is confirmed by an entry in the studbook. A veterinary passport is recommended for all dogs. It can be obtained and certified regardless of the origin and age of the dog at any veterinary clinic. If you are going to travel with your dog or take part in exhibitions and competitions, be sure to issue a veterinary passport for your dog. It is best if it is an international passport. If you are in doubt whether this will be in your clinic, purchase it in advance at a pet store.
Step 2
In the veterinary passport for dogs (and cats), notes are put on all vaccinations, deworming, treatment against ectoparasites. You can fill in the last two sections yourself. Let the dog vomit dead worms have been found.
Step 3
Visit a veterinary clinic for a vaccination. Vaccination against viral diseases is carried out no earlier than two months of age. From rabies - no earlier than three. The vaccine is administered to the puppy twice with a break of two to three weeks. An adult dog can be vaccinated once. The veterinarian will issue a veterinary passport in accordance with the rules: the date of vaccination, the type of vaccine (most often a sticker from the bottle is glued there), the signature of the doctor and the seal of the clinic.
Step 4
You may have to fill in the columns with the description of the dog, information about the owner and breeder yourself. After that, all that remains is to paste a photo of your pet in the space provided for this. If you wish, you can vaccinate your dog against fungal infections 10 days after the end of the standard course of vaccinations.
