Step 1
First, you need to purchase young trout in one of the existing farms or in the Federal Breeding Center in the village of Ropsha. You can, of course, try to independently fertilize eggs in an incubator, raise fry in a nursery, and then release them into cages, but this is very troublesome. For novice farmers, it is better to buy a young trout. And creating optimal conditions for its growth is not such a difficult task.
Step 2
Water Trout needs to be kept at a comfortable temperature. This fish loves cold water - 15-18 ° С. Already at 21 ° C, the trout becomes uncomfortable, and at 25-26 ° C, it dies. Trout loves reservoirs saturated with oxygen. When it becomes too little (4-5 mg / l), she suffers and grows poorly. The maximum permissible content of carbon dioxide in water for breeding this fish is 40-60 mg / l. Also, there should not be too much ammonia - if it is present in a volume of 0.3-0.4 mg / l and a water temperature of 14 ° C, and an oxygen content of 9-10 mg / l, trout dies., clean and transparent, but slightly shaded. The ideal medium is neutral or slightly alkaline, with a pH level of 7-8.

Habitat Ponds, cages or swimming pools are suitable for raising trout. Ponds are built on dense soil so that they are not stagnant, but water flow is ensured. To do this, it is good to use a rectangular shape and a depth of at least 1 m. It is necessary to ensure that the water in the pond or pool, as well as the cage, is changed at least 2-3 times per hour, and preferably after 10-15 minutes. Under such conditions, the fish stocking density can reach 600-750 ind./m3.
Step 4
Feeding Trout should be fed 2-3 times a day. Nutrition should be complete, for this purpose, special food of artificial and natural origin, both plant and animal, is used. The source of protein is fish and meat-and-bone meal, skimmed milk powder, feed yeast (they also provide vitamins for trout). Fats are also a necessary element of nutrition, from which the fish receives the energy necessary for growth, but there should be few carbohydrates in the diet - trout in the intestines has little enzyme to break them down.
Step 5
Trout is bred by artificial spawning. For this, caviar and sperm are taken from producers, straining using a special technology. Eggs from several females are placed in a basin and then mixed with milk from several males. The fertilized eggs are sent to an incubator.
