If a kitten lives in your house, then you have probably already faced such a problem: this little creature does not want to sleep separately, but seeks to get into bed closer to the owners. There are those among cat lovers to whom this state of affairs does not cause any inconvenience. But there are those who consider it impossible to sleep in the same bed with an animal for various reasons, including for sanitary and hygienic reasons. The solution to the question of how to teach a kitten to sleep alone must be approached with all the severity and perseverance in achieving the desired result.

A special cat house or cardboard box (basket) lined with a soft cloth inside; cat mint; electric heater
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare an alternative bed for the kitten to sleep, adapting at least a cardboard box or basket for this. Lay out the inner walls of this "cat's bedroom" or upholstery with felt or foam rubber, and on the bottom lay a piece of soft cloth. A special cat house is the ideal solution.
Step 2
Place the box or basket on a raised platform so that the kitten feels safe there. It would be nice, if possible, to hang this pet's sleeping place so that it sways - some cats like it.
Step 3
Remember that the kitten's bed should be dry, soft and comfortable enough. Arrange it in a secluded corner, not far from the battery, especially in winter. Perhaps the feline baby just freezes alone, and therefore jumps into the bed of the owners. In the cold season, put a heating pad on one side of the basket or cat house. Just do not need to place it along the bottom of the bed, since then the kitten will not be able to choose the temperature regime that is suitable for him.
Step 4
Let your baby find a place to sleep on his own, because cats find a place that suits them, examining the entire territory of their residence. Do not be surprised if such a place turns out to be a bathroom or a kitchen - for the "mustachioed-striped" it is quite normal. Let him choose a comfortable and secluded corner, the main thing is to make sure that this is not a forbidden place for him to find. And after that, you can already rearrange the cat's sleeping place there.
Step 5
Treat the litter with catnip to make the area more attractive to your small pet.
