Watch the pet carefully there. When you see that he began to look for a corner and sit down, shout "fu" and carry the puppy out into the street. If you succeed and the dog is relieved in the yard, actively praise him and lead him back.

It is difficult to keep track of the puppy in the morning after a whole night of "abstinence". Do not shout or hit the animal.
