Cats are one of the most beloved pets. Despite the visible fluffiness, predatory habits are alive in every tame purr - echoes of its wild origin. This is especially true for young animals who do not yet know the boundaries, which, having played, can begin to bite a person. If they are not immediately weaned from this activity, they will accept this state of affairs as normal and will bite at every opportunity.

Step 1
The feline squad belongs to the category of predators, and it does not matter at all who they are talking about - a proud leopard or a fluffy kitten. In each of them, nature has laid down standards of behavior, natural instincts, innate reflexes. In order to survive, felines must be able to hunt. If a cat who is playing suddenly bites a person, then with a high degree of probability she is playing hunting and has found herself a victim. Moving legs are especially attractive to her.
Step 2
Sometimes bites can be a manifestation of feline love. In this case, the animal only slightly bites the hand or leg of the owner, without causing him pain.
Step 3
Little kittens during the period of upbringing by their mother go through a stage of socialization, when the cat monitors the behavior of the animals and, if one of them begins to flirt and overstep the boundaries, he may well get a well-deserved slap with his paw. Among others, this is another weighty argument not to pick up a kitten earlier than 12 weeks from the mother, from whom he will absorb the correct behavior, as they say, with milk.
Step 4
Even if you are touched by the habits of a baby, grabbing your arm or leg with his teeth, you should immediately show your displeasure with what happened. There is no need to postpone the lesson until tomorrow or in the more distant future. The older the animal, the more sickly its bites become, and the more difficult it is to wean it from them.
Step 5
As soon as the cat bites you, immediately tell her loudly and clearly: "No!" - Stop the game. As a last resort, you can blow her in the face or even hiss. Wait 1-2 minutes and only then proceed to the further game. Do not forget to offer the cat a toy on which she can take out her hunting fuse.
Step 6
If the young biter has taken the habit of ambushing your feet and throwing themselves at them as soon as they appear in her field of vision, a spray bottle with water will help. Do not be afraid that from now on you will have to move around the house fully armed: a couple of times is enough for the cat to understand everything. Immediately after the attack, spray on the hunter so that she understands the relationship: biting is a cold shower.
