The main task of the country's fishing industry is the maximum catch of the established limits of aquatic living resources while observing environmental standards. A wide variety of means are used in the industrial catch of fish.
Instructions
Step 1
Mainly for industrial fishing, netting is used. The netting is made from thick and thin threads. Mesh is used to make entangling gear and traps. Nets are set on the movement of a school of fish, and this method is called tackle that holds. Detention tackles are divided into fixed and curved.
Step 2
Moving seine refers to tackle. Its design consists of a net fabric cased with floats along the upper edge. The principle of fishing is that water seeps through the netting, and the fish caught in the throwing zone remains in the wings of the net or in a special bag (the so-called motnya).
Step 3
It is good to catch dense schools of fish with a simple seine. But the fish that does not stray into shoals passes by the seine. A movable seine has been developed to catch this fish. The ejection of a movable seine is made by a shot from a special device installed on the bow of the deck of a fishing vessel. When using this device, a full opening of the seine is obtained: horizontal opening - up to 16 m, vertical - up to 5 m.
Step 4
Catching fish begins with a shot of the "codend" of the seine, after which the motennaya part and wings are vented into the water. The seine is lowered to a predetermined depth, which is set by the length of the trawling ropes and additional floats, depending on the size of the seine. The seine released into the water straightens out and begins to let water through itself. Since the ship is moving along a straight course, the seine does not roll up into a rope, but takes the form of a bag - this is due to the etched traction ropes.
Step 5
After a certain predetermined time, the seine is raised to the industrial deck of the vessel. The ascent is made through the stern of the vessel. The seine is pulled to the stern of the vessel by a special marine winch and the cargo boom is lifted out of the water. The wings are taken out first, then the mouth part of the crank is pulled out, and behind it is the "cod" itself. To free the codend from the catch, there are special rings on its rear part designed to hook the codend and raise it above the deck.
Step 6
The fish that has fallen into the "codend" is poured onto the deck, after which the net is transferred to the bow and again prepares to shoot into the water. The caught fish is sorted and removed from the deck into prepared containers in the hold. Thus, the use of a mobile seine contributes to the capture of commercial fish species that do not form into dense schools, which cannot be caught with an ordinary seine.
