It is a widely known sign that meeting a black cat on the road is in trouble, and if he crosses the road to a walking person, then it is better to turn around and find another way in order to avoid various troubles. It turns out that fears are justified only when a black cat runs to you "in the bosom" or in the direction of the fastener on your clothes. Otherwise, you should not panic, you can safely continue on your way.
There are also classical methods of neutralizing this sign - in particular, to avoid possible trouble, it is enough to spit over the left shoulder three times. Alternatively, you can fold the cookie or hold on to the button. As a last resort, you can always wait until someone else passes the unpleasant section of the road in front of you.

And the Scots believed that if a black cat sits on the doorstep of the house, it promises quick wealth. Also in England, it was believed that a black cat should be taken with you on a ship, as it would protect the ship from storms and storms.

We are talking about a housewarming party, namely: the owners cannot be the first to enter the house, the cat must be let in ahead. It was believed that a tricolor cat launched into a new home would bring a lot of happiness to the family. Also, the cat was placed in an empty crib of a newborn baby so that the baby could sleep better in it.
The Chinese, on the other hand, believe that someone else's cat is in the house - unfortunately. According to popular belief, the cat is in charge of the brownie, and therefore it must be the same color as the owner's hair.
There are many signs associated with weather predictions by cats. So, if the cat sits very close to the stove, you need to wait for severe frosts, if something breaks - bad weather will play out, scratches the floor - to a strong wind, lies on its back with its belly up - to warm good weather.
Cats, according to legends, also showed medicinal abilities: for example, in Russia it was believed that to treat barley, you need to drag a black cat's tail over it. If it was necessary to eliminate the wart, the tail of a tricolor cat was required.
At all times, cats have been given a lot of attention. In Ancient Egypt, they were idolized, later they became beloved literary and fairy-tale heroes, now there are entire fashion industries for these four-legged pets. And for many people, the beliefs associated with their pets remain as relevant as they were several hundred years ago.
