Taming a crow is not at all as difficult as it might seem. In the Tower of London, ravens are specially tamed, which then live there all their lives. According to the omen, without the crows, the English monarchy will collapse. It's easy to get this bird, but taming and raising it correctly is already a serious task.
Instructions
Step 1
It is better to tame a bird from an "infancy" age. The first few months of life, the character of the raven is just forming, the birds are obedient and easily tamed. Later, when the raven grows up, he begins to recognize only the owner who raised him. When the crow is about 1-2 years old, he shows a desire to fly away from the owner.
Step 2
Tamed ravens mimic the different sounds they hear in amazing ways. They are not able to repeat the singing of birds, but they perfectly reproduce squeaks and knocks, voices and dog barking. Some crows even like to tease dogs.
Step 3
A crow cannot be kept in a cage. The minimum space is an aviary at least 2 cubic meters in size. The raven loves to move and if you put it in a cage, the bird will break all the plumage. You can also keep a crow on a special perch. Ravens are very mobile, they cannot be seriously restricted in movement. But letting you fly wherever you want is dangerous. The bird will break and scatter everything it can, break the buttons on the devices with its beak.
Step 4
Ravens love to swim. It is necessary that the bird can do this every day, or at least every other day.
Step 5
To keep a crow, a number of moments should be organized, after which practically no cash costs are required. Money and effort will require a place where the bird will live, tools and toys.
Step 6
As a rule, a raven has one owner. If several people are engaged with a bird, then most often the crow still chooses a person for itself, although it can recognize the rest. This is a smart bird that you can really communicate with. It is best if the crow is started by an adult who is able to take responsibility for himself and will be able to provide the bird with decent care and maintenance.
Step 7
The age at which you need to take a chick from a breeder is about 2-3 months. Already in six months, a bird is much more difficult to tame. You should be prepared for the fact that the first couple of months you will need to devote a lot of time to your pet.
Step 8
When the crow has grown up, then you need to spend about 2-3 hours with it every day. This is the time for walking, training and socializing. Ravens should be trained in the same way as birds of prey are trained. If he accidentally flew away from the owner, then if he was properly raised, the raven will be able to adapt and survive. If attention was not paid to education, the bird will die in the wild.
