This activity will give you a lot of trouble, especially if, in addition to things and furniture, you also have pets, for example, parrots, since they will also have to be transported. And a few tips on this score should come in handy.

Step 1
A safe transfer for birds is guaranteed by a special transport cage. It should be matched to the size of the bird and the distance to be transported. Only one bird can be placed in the cage, so that it is spacious and there is no mutual injury along the way. If the move falls in the winter, you need to wrap the cage with a cloth, leaving an air hole.
Step 2
If you have to move a short distance, then a cardboard box is suitable for transportation. Any equipment box will do. Just do not use boxes containing chemicals. Place a cloth on the bottom for convenience. Monitor air intake.
Step 3
Traveling by train or commuter train, you can transport your parrot in an ordinary cage, preferably a small one. Cover the cage with a cloth and place it on the table. Check the bird from time to time, communicate with it. When driving by road, place the cage in the back seat and secure it so it does not wobble.
Step 4
For long-distance travel, use a basket with a closing top. Attach perches inside the basket. Put loose food and something hard like an apple on the bottom so that the parrot does not starve.
