Step 1

Furniture: chairs, sideboard, cabinets, treat with a solution of vinegar. To do this, dilute 2 tablespoons of vinegar with ½ cup of warm water. Use this solution to wipe all necessary areas. Vinegar chemically reacts with cat urine and breaks it down at the molecular level.

Blot fresh stains on upholstered furniture, wallpaper, carpets with a piece of toilet paper, absorbing the moisture remaining on the surface. Mix 1 tablespoon of vinegar with 3 tablespoons of warm water. Fill the marked area with this solution and leave to dry completely. Next, treat this area with baking soda. To do this, sprinkle 1-2 teaspoons of the powder on the dried spot. Spray the area with the following solution: 3% hydrogen peroxide (1 teaspoon), ½ cup warm water, 1 teaspoon of detergent. For this, for convenience, use a special spray. Leave the formed foam for 2-3 hours. Then vacuum the area with a vacuum cleaner.

If your cat has marked your items, wash them in the washing machine by adding 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar to the detergent powder.
