Dog loyalty and loyalty has long been a common truth, entering into various legends and stories. Dogs can do whatever they want to do. The main condition for this is a beloved owner, who is always nearby. The world knows its four-legged heroes by sight: this is Hachiko - an example of endless devotion, and Balto - the national hero of Alaska, who was able to deliver antitoxin to the town of Noum, saving many people and, in particular, children from diphtheria, this is Arrow with Belka - the first space travelers, and many other dogs.

Step 1
Arrow and Belka
The most famous dogs in the world are, of course, two outbred "cosmonauts" Belka and Strelka. They became not just space pioneers, but real conquerors of outer space! Both Belka and Strelka successfully passed a rigorous selection process, during which they were introduced to tough training: dogs were taught to be isolated for a long time, to endure physical overload, to take special food, and also to calmly treat extraneous noise without reacting to it. On August 19, 1960 Strelka and Belka were sent into space. They had to spend more than one day in Earth's orbit, making 17 orbits around the planet. When the dogs returned to Earth safe and sound, it became a world sensation. Belka and Strelka quickly recovered from the stress they received, spending their later lives at the Institute of Aviation and Space Medicine. Thanks to these two dogs, the first man flew into space - Yuri Gagarin.
Step 2
Pavlov's dog
As you know, the research of Ivan Petrovich Pavlov made an invaluable contribution to modern medicine and science. However, they would have been impossible without four-legged helpers. Animal advocates, of course, cannot objectively assess all the benefits that Pavlov's experimental dogs have brought to humanity. Numerous eyewitness accounts confirm that Ivan Petrovich treated all experimental animals with love and very carefully. Pavlov was very worried about the injuries that he had to inflict on animals in line with his duty. It should be noted that the concept of "Pavlov's dog" is a collective concept, it refers to all dogs who gave their lives in the name of science and medicine. Thanks to textbooks on anatomy, the concept of "Pavlov's dog" is associated with a conditioned reflex of a person. This is understandable: in the course of many experiments, Pavlov was able to prove that previously non-existent reflexes are formed in dogs.
Step 3
Santo von Haus Ziegelmeier
This is a German shepherd dog, best known to society under the nickname Commissioner Rex. It is he who is the real star of foreign cinema. The future favorite of the public was born in 1991 in one of the German kennels. Already at the age of 17 months, Santo took part in the selection for the role of a four-legged policeman in the detective series of the same name. The dog performed its only and successful role for 6 years (from 1994 to 1999). A considerable fee was not long in coming. Already retired as a dog, Commissioner Rex remained the richest dog in the world.
