Older people know that in a house that was rebuilt at the site of a fire, rats and mice do not start for a long time. There is a simple explanation for this. After a fire, ash, which has alkaline properties, remains everywhere. Since rats walk "barefoot", they constantly have to lick ash from their paws. Ash irritates the mouth and paws of rodents. Soon they move to another place.
Step 2
Sprinkle the floors of the dry cellar, the "insides" of the courtyard buildings and the subfloor of the house with finely chopped cooled wood ash. Use one ash bucket for every 5 m2 area. After this treatment, rats and mice leave after a few days.
Step 3
Often there are situations when you need to get rid of a rodent that bypasses all traps and / or does not take the poisoned bait. How to do it? There is one way. But be aware that mice often die in hard-to-reach places, and rats are always open. Therefore, you will need to get rid of mice in other ways. But for getting rid of rats, this method is great.
Step 4
Prepare a dry mix by mixing equal proportions of stucco and wheat flour. Pour this bait into a shallow, small dish, such as a saucer. One individual should be poured about half a glass of the mixture. Place water next to the saucer. When the rodent eats and drinks, the mixture will begin to freeze in his stomach. The poor animal dies in no more than 5 minutes. Why is this bait good? It has the usual smell of flour for a rat and does not cause any suspicions.
