When in doubt, look at adult dogs. Babies are all the same. When determining the sex of newborn puppies, do not be too lazy to check the condition of the skin, ears, eyes, coat. If the eyes are watery, and a tick has gotten in the ears, take the puppy to the veterinarian and start treatment immediately.
