If the cat is already quite an adult, but at the same time there are problems with walking into the tray, then you can try to buy a special tool in the pet store, which helps to accustom the animal to cope with its needs in the right places. Spray on the tray with this product, a special scent will show the cat where to go to the toilet. Simultaneously with such a remedy, you can purchase another aerosol that smells unpleasant for the animal, and spray in those places where he used to go to the toilet.

A cat's reluctance to go to the toilet may be due to the fact that, for example, he does not like the litter. Try changing it: buy a different brand or a different composition (for example, replace the mineral filler with wood filler), or maybe your pet will prefer ordinary sand or an empty tray altogether. Also, the reason may be that the cat does not like the location of the litter box or he is so clean that he cannot perform both small and large physiological needs in one litter box. Therefore, put the cat litter in a different place or buy another, additional one.

Or maybe your cat doesn't like the litter box on its own, and it will be easier for you to train him to go to the toilet in other places.
