The Yakut Laika as a separate breed was cultivated by the indigenous peoples of the North-East of Russia. This is a dog with a strong constitution and well-developed muscles, perfectly adapted to physical activity in extreme northern conditions. The coat color is usually two or three colors: white-black, white-gray.
