How to prepare your home for a ferret's arrival
Prepare your apartment for the arrival of the ferret. You will need a spacious cage, a house for the animal (in natural conditions, ferrets settle in burrows, so at home the animal should be able to hide in a secluded place), a tray with filler, a bowl and a drinking bowl. It is advisable to stock some toys and treats for your baby to help you get in touch with your pet. Your apartment seems cozy and familiar to you, but for a little ferret it can be full of dangers. Insulate the wires, remove plants that the animal can reach, seal up the cracks in which the animal can huddle during free walking.
