It must be understood that fish are cold-blooded creatures, so high water temperatures can be fatal for them. In too warm water, the body of the fish works for wear and tear. And few of the inhabitants of our aquariums can survive in such conditions. There are several ways to cool water.

The easiest way to cool the water is to change it. You will need to drain some of the water from the tank. Then pour in fresh and cool. The main thing is that the water is of the appropriate quality. Be careful not to overdo it with cooling. Watch for temperature fluctuations, otherwise you can overdo it. The advantages of this method are speed and simplicity. But there are also disadvantages. This method is only relevant for small to medium sized aquariums.
Step 2
Try another common way to cool water. It is used by professional aquarists. You can mount one or several coolers (fans) into the aquarium cover or buy a ready-made device. Installing them is not at all difficult and will look quite dignified. You can use them temporarily. For example, fans on a clothespin are very convenient. When blowing, the evaporation process intensifies. This is what leads to a decrease in temperature. There is no risk of overcooling the water in the aquarium, because you yourself can choose the power of the device and its operating time. Pros - full control, high efficiency, and minus one - possible difficulties with installation and assembly.
Step 3
Another way is ice bottles. Everything is extremely simple here. Pour into a bottle of water and place in the fridge freezer. Then lower it into the aquarium. Select the number and size of bottles in accordance with the volume of the aquarium. The advantage of this method is its ease of execution. The downside is that it doesn't look very aesthetically pleasing.

And the last way. Aquarium refrigerator. This is a great thing, but not everyone can afford it. Even for beginners, it is difficult to install and noisy. The advantage is that the result will be 100%, but there are also disadvantages - complexity in installation, noise and high cost.
