- - milk whey (kefir / yogurt) - 150 ml

Step 1
Wheat flour is of little use for nutrition of dogs due to its high allergenicity. Therefore, in the recipe for biscuit for dogs, we will replace it with rye flour. Allergy to this product in animals is much less common.
Also, we do not use salt for making dog biscuits, since this is not the most useful product and there is no need to add salt to pet dishes.
Step 2
Combine water and one of the specified fermented milk products in a small bowl. Heat the mixture a little and add baking soda. Now the mass must be mixed well until foam forms.
Pour flour into the foamy mixture, mix, rubbing to avoid lumps. Pour in vegetable oil, knead the thick dough.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 180 - 200 degrees. While the oven is heating, you can arrange the dough into baking tins. Or pour the dough into one baking dish, depending on whether you're baking muffins or pie.
If we use silicone molds, it is not necessary to lubricate them with oil. Otherwise, it is better to grease them so that the biscuits do not stick to the mold during the cooking process.
Step 4
Place the tins in a hot oven and check the muffins for completeness with a wooden skewer after 30 minutes.
Cool muffins can be garnished with meat or offal pate. You will get biscuit cupcakes for dogs.
