And the solution is not to wean the dog out of it, but to show him what to chew and what not. To do this, the dog must be given toys with which he can play. After biting toys several times and not getting scolded for it, she will understand that paying attention to other objects is simply not interesting.

However, until the animal has recognized the ownership of its toys, it cannot be left alone for a long time. When you leave, be sure to lock the dog in a separate room next to the toys.

When you are at home, keep an eye on what the dog is doing. When she plays with her toys, be sure to encourage and praise her. If she is busy with something else, do not scold her, but just try to get her attention. As a result, the dog develops a conditioned reflex over time. Every time she plays with toys, she is praised.

For toys, it is recommended to use a material that is difficult to chew - hard rubber, leather, etc. You can use a special rubber bone, a ball, etc. Never use old clothes for toys, because after "destruction" the dog, as if nothing had happened, will start with a new one.
