In winter, give your goat plenty of hay, and in summer, take him out for a walk so that he can eat juicy grass in unlimited quantities. The animal needs to be well fed, but at the same time, make sure that it does not gain much weight.

Add special mineral and vitamin supplements to feed, which are available in any animal store. Check the package for the exact dosage. In some cases, even with full feeding, milk yield decreases, this is due to vitamin deficiency, which can be observed in the animal.

Goats eat pretty well almost all vegetables. Therefore, give them potatoes, beets, carrots, cabbage (in small quantities, otherwise diarrhea will start). Not only whole vegetables will do, but also peelings, which are likely to remain after cooking.

Feed the goat with chamomile - it has a milk-driving effect, and even cloven-hoofed animals like it. But remember that everything should be in moderation.

Do not forget to make sure that the animal always has water. If there is a lack of liquid, the amount of milk will definitely decrease. The goat drinks especially a lot in hot weather, so if it is outside, carry it with water several times a day.

If milk yield has not increased, call your veterinarian. It is possible that you simply do not know that the goat is expecting offspring, and in this case, the problem with milk cannot be solved in any way. The doctor can not only diagnose pregnancy, but also advise you on how to feed the animal.
