The complex drug "Gelakan Darling" (country of origin - Czech Republic) was developed specifically for the treatment and prevention of diseases and injuries of the musculoskeletal system in adult dogs. There are several types of "Gelakan", each of which with its unique composition serves to achieve its goal: to raise a healthy puppy, to prepare the dog for the show, to prevent the weakening of the bitch's body during gestation and feeding of puppies.
Active ingredients of the drug
The basis of "Gelakan" is a collagen hydrolyzate, which restores the connective tissue of cartilage, bones and tendons. Vitamin C promotes the absorption of collagen hydrolyzate, and vitamin E helps to form collagen and elastin fibers of the connective tissue.
Even the highest grade dry food does not contain all the necessary minerals and vitamins. It is necessary to maintain the health of the dog with specialized veterinary drugs.
Sodium selenite has a protective function against rheumatoid diseases. Calcium forms the basis of bones, and magnesium assists in the absorption of calcium. Phosphorus normalizes energy exchange and life support of the body.

Gelakan Darling fights against the cause of the disease - destroyed cartilage tissue. It is effective for various tendon diseases, osteochondrosis, osteoporosis, joint mobility disorders, and limb injuries.

Veterinarians advise to regularly give the drug as a preventive measure so that the dog remains active and vigorous as long as possible. If this was not done in a timely manner, then you should start taking it at the first signs of the disease, so as not to waste time. The restoration of connective tissues is slow, so you should not wait for results earlier than two to three months after you start taking it.
How to use the drug?
You should start taking Gelakan Darling by calculating the dose for a specific dog. Depending on the weight of the dog, the daily allowance at home will range from 0.13 at the end of the knife to 3 measuring spoons. The drug is introduced into the animal's diet with one-eighth of the daily dose. For a week of admission, you need to gradually reach the daily dose of Gelakan Darling.
Before taking the powder, it must be completely dissolved in water. It can be added to regular food or given as a drink with plenty of water. If the dog refuses to take the drug, it is worth reducing the dose to get used to the new taste, and then again increasing it to normal. In case of complete refusal, you can add half a teaspoon of honey to the Gelakan solution.
The minimum recommended course of taking Gelakan Darling is 2 months. The courses should be repeated 2-3 times a year. In special cases, continuous administration of the drug is possible.
Since "Gelakan Darling" is a completely balanced drug, it cannot be combined with other vitamin and mineral complexes, so that the animal does not have an overdose.
