Uncertain staggering gait, paresis and seizures can all be due to vitamin B1 deficiency. To compensate for the lack of thiamine, feed the cat with raw meat and liver, add yeast to the feed. In severe cases, show the animal to the veterinarian - medication may be required. An excess of protein in the diet, as well as antibiotic treatment, can lead to the development of vitamin B6 deficiency. Signs of this type of vitamin deficiency are decreased appetite, ulcers on the face, paws and tail, convulsions. Add lactic acid products to food - fermented baked milk, cottage cheese. Show your cat to the vet. With a lack of calcium and phosphorus-containing foods in the diet, cats can develop vitamin D deficiency.
