The easiest way out is to bury the deceased hamster in the park, forest belt or on the lawn next to the house. The grave must be deep, otherwise stray dogs will dig it up. If your hamster died in the winter, try burying it. To break open the frozen ground, you will need a sharp bayonet or sapper shovel, and sometimes even a crowbar or ax. The task is simplified if there is a heating main near your home. The ground next to it does not freeze, so a hole of the required depth can be dug without problems.
Step 4
Another option is to send the deceased animal to a veterinary clinic, where the corpse is cremated. Call different hospitals and find out which of them will agree to provide such a service. In some institutions, the cremation of deceased animals is indicated in the price list. Bring the deceased hamster to the clinic, hand it over to the staff and pay for the service.
