You can probably get rid of the neighbors' dogs in this way, for example, if it is proven that the barking exceeds the legal noise level, the neighbors face a fine equal to four times the minimum wage. Moreover, the amount of punishment may increase several times, depending on the number of those who filed a lawsuit. If the animal regularly stains the floor and staircase, this is also a violation.
