Breeders strongly recommend feeding the puppies with premium professional dry food. Their composition is ideally balanced, ready-made food contains the necessary set of vitamins and minerals for any age of the dog. This pleasure is not cheap, but feeding a dog with natural food, observing all the rules, is hardly much cheaper. If you decide to transfer your pet to ready-made food, remember that you cannot add natural food to it - this can lead to overfeeding and metabolic disorders. It is permissible to give a small amount of vegetables. In addition, cheap prepared foods are often prone to allergies.
Step 2
Raw meat should become the basis of natural food, it is permissible to diversify feeding with offal. Better if the meat is sinewy. Do not feed your dog raw pork as it can cause helminthiasis. Puppies up to six months should be given cereal porridge (rice, buckwheat, rolled oats), cow's milk, calcined cottage cheese, vegetables (grated carrots, zucchini, cabbage, cucumbers). Potatoes are not allowed for dogs!

From time to time add raw chicken yolk (from 6 months - a whole raw egg) and vegetable oil to food. From 7 months, cottage cheese, milk and eggs do not need to be given; you can introduce boiled or raw fish without large bones (sprat, pollock) that is useful for Dobermans into the diet and increase the proportion of vegetables. Make sure that there are no small bones in the meat, you can not give tubular bird bones to either puppies or adult dogs - this is very dangerous. Low-fat kefir and fermented baked milk are allowed for Dobermans.
Step 4
It is unacceptable to feed small Dobermans with food from your table. Soups, pasta, sausages and sausages are contraindicated for them. All food must be fresh. No dog treats of any kind. As a treat, it is better to give a slice of dried bread or low-fat cheese. Do not try to constantly diversify the diet - this is not necessary, puppies feel better eating their usual food. The dog should always have clean water. Neither puppies nor adult dogs should be fed very hot or very cold food.
