Horses have a very good memory. Any action is remembered for a long time. If you are forced to punish an animal, do it promptly and without cruelty.

There are generally accepted commands. For example, hearing "accept", the horse will move to the side. At the command "stop", "whoa", "op-pa" the horse will stop. It is better to use them than to come up with something of your own.
