Choose a collar that fits your dog's size, made of soft leather with flannel lining to prevent chafing. Put the collar fastened on the last hole around the dog's neck, if everything is fine - then put it on completely, making it fit. If your dog gets nervous and rips off the collar, take it off and put it on for a short time every day while exercising with the dog, gradually increasing the interval.

When the dog gets used to being in the collar and stops paying attention to it, move on to teaching it to walk with a leash. First, use a tape or rope 5-6 meters long as a leash. Tie her to the collar, stroke the dog and talk to her, she should hear your encouraging voice. If you see that she is worried and worried, try to distract her with a treat or petting. Do not let her play with the leash and bite it, she must understand that the leash does not hinder her movements and does not interfere with her walking.

Step 4
After a couple of walks, when the dog is accustomed to the leash, teach him the "close" command.
