Manufacturers offer us a variety of dog food, and veterinarians say that feeding a puppy with industrial food alone is harmful and irreparable to his health. However, the owners are so used to the convenience of ready-made food from the pet store that they don't even know what else to feed the little puppy. However, natural food is much healthier.
It is necessary
Beef, minced chicken, cereals, cottage cheese, kefir, vegetables, baby food mix, baby food pate
Instructions
Step 1
Buy beef or chicken from the store. Pour water into a saucepan, throw in some of the minced meat and put on fire. Ten minutes after boiling, add cereal there - pearl barley, barley. If your dog is one of the allergy-prone breeds, you can add rice. Chop vegetables - pumpkin, beets, zucchini into porridge. For example, in a two-liter saucepan, you need to take 100 grams of meat, one and a half cups of cereals and about 150 grams of vegetables. If the puppy is very small, vegetables can be passed through a meat grinder or blender. If your puppy is already 3-4 months old, you do not need to grind meat and vegetables into pulp. Cut the meat into thin strips and chop the vegetables into cubes.
Step 2
Instead of minced chicken, take canned dog food and cook porridge on it. The puppy will eat such a meal with great appetite.
Step 3
Take low-fat cottage cheese, dilute it with kefir and heat it for about thirty seconds in a water bath or in a microwave oven, and then give it to the puppy. This dish should be given to the puppy little by little and carefully, some dogs have diarrhea from it.
Step 4
You can make vegetable puree for a small puppy. Boil carrots, cabbage, beets for 10 minutes, chop vegetables in a blender. As with cooking porridge with meat, take one and a half cups of cereals and 150-200 g of vegetables in a two-liter saucepan. Then add baby pate to the resulting gruel and mix thoroughly. You can also feed very small puppies with this mixture.
Step 5
Look out for other baby foods as well. The puppy will be happy to eat porridge made from infant formula. You can cook such a mixture both in water and in milk.
Step 6
You can give your puppy lean beef by boiling it beforehand. To do this, finely chop the pre-cooled meat and put it in a bowl for the dog. At the same time, it is also allowed to mix beef with vegetables and porridge.
Step 7
Puppies are teething, so remember to give him solid food. A carrot or apple will work for your puppy to gnaw all day.
