Step 1
Various microorganisms appear and contain on the glass of the aquarium, forming plaque. If you do not have a special magnetic scraper, you can use a regular sponge. You can purchase a special type of fish that will deal with dirt by plucking algae from the glass. Snails also do cleaning, but in an uneven manner, so you shouldn't rely on them.
Step 2
You can remove dirt and debris from the bottom of the aquarium using a special rubber hose with a metal tip. Using a metal tip, drive along the bottom of the aquarium, periodically sticking it into the ground. Thus, all the debris will be removed from the bottom.

Remember to clean your aquarium filter at least twice a month. To do this, turn off the filter and carefully remove it from the water. Rinse thoroughly under warm running water. Use a brush to clean the filter nozzle, while removing accumulated dirt.
