British
British cats are very intelligent and quick-witted animals, able to understand human intonation and emotions. They are very attached to the owner, but at the same time independent, they easily endure loneliness, being distracted by toys. It is important for them to be close to the owner, but they do not like to sit on their hands. They love to be stroked and scratched, and immediately make it clear if they are tired.
When you first meet a Briton, it may seem that he is not very friendly, but this opinion is dispelled within a few minutes after the start of communication. The representatives of the breed treat strangers with distrust, at first they hide or sit at a distance, but then curiosity takes over.
British cats get along with other animals, but not in all cases. At first, do not introduce the pets too closely, it will take time for them to observe each other from afar. The British may try to dominate.
Siamese cats
The Siamese have retained the primal instincts of a hunter, which makes them strong and independent. But this does not at all prevent them from being loving and loyal pets for their owners. Siamese cats are very jealous, they can hardly withstand the presence of other animals in the house, they can try to eliminate them, and arrange fights. Sometimes a pet can be jealous of a small child, so it is not recommended to let your pet near babies.
Representatives of the breed do not tolerate a bad attitude towards themselves. If the owner offends the pet, forgets to feed him, then he will respond with a negative attitude and will take revenge.
Maine Coon
Outwardly, Maine Coons resemble large formidable giants with a harsh character, but in reality this is not so. This is a very kind, loving and sociable breed of cats.
Something Maine Coons are similar to dogs - they are ready to follow the owner everywhere, calmly walk on a leash, adore water procedures. Some even bathe with their owners. With proper training, you can teach the breed representative to follow simple commands and bring balls and toys.
Maine Coons are very fond of affection and attention, but they prefer to lie next to the owner, and not on their knees or hands. They easily get along with other animals, willingly play with both cats and dogs. In response to aggression, in most cases, they will not respond in kind.
Sphinx
Outwardly, sphinxes are strikingly different from ordinary cats - on their body there is either no hair at all, or there is a small undercoat. But by nature, they are the same loving and gentle cats, like many others. Sphynxes are very malleable in upbringing, therefore, how the pet grows up depends more on the owner.
Bald cats are very attached to the owner, and if from the very childhood a person shows affection, attention and care to his pet, he will follow him on his heels. If the owner raises his hand to the pet, then most likely an aggressive and uncontrollable animal will grow out of the sphinx.
Much depends on the behavior of the owner. Even the kindest by nature breeds can show aggression if the owner raises his hand to them and constantly shouts.
