Step 1
In summer, geese should be grazed all day and should only be fed at night. You need to give a damp mash of grain waste. If the pastures contain a meager amount of greenery, then additional morning feeding is introduced.

Little goslings should be fed with boiled eggs and boiled millet porridge. From the third day, crushed meat, bran, herbs are added to the diet. You need to drink clean water, and once a day - with a weak solution of potassium permanganate. The goslings are released for walking from one month old under a closed net, because kites or crows can carry them away.

In winter, the containment room should contain troughs of sand, chalk and gravel.
Step 4
Adult geese are fed with chopped hay or hay dust. The diet should contain grain feed, root crops and concentrates. Be sure to add cake, meat and bone meal to the mash. They put troughs with clean water, after eating a grain mash, the geese should rinse their beak, since the mash clogs the respiratory holes.
Step 5
It is better to give grain sprouted, potatoes - boiled. Feeding should be three times a day at regular intervals.
Step 6
In autumn, all green waste from the backyard is fed. The tops of carrots, beets, cabbage leaves, small roots and cracked cabbage heads are used.

If there is no severe frost, then the geese are released on a cleared walk for several hours. Lighting in the room for keeping geese should be additional. You need to turn it on at 5 in the morning during the first feeding and turn it off at 23.00.
