Spring molt brings a lot of obscenities, both to the dog itself and to its owner. The fallen wool covers the floor of the dwelling in an even layer, while the unwashed wool hangs from your pet in untidy shreds. It is in your power to help the dog overcome this sad period with minimal consequences and as soon as possible.
It is necessary
brush; - hairbrush; - a special glove; - Brewer's yeast; - fish fat
Instructions
Step 1
Dogs shed most of all in the spring. Long winter coat falls out, giving way to short summer coat. You can influence this process by feeding your dog vitamins and special supplements that support the dog's body in difficult times. Buy brewer's yeast and fish oil tablets from your pharmacy. Yeast will accelerate the growth of the coat, and unsaturated fatty acids will give it shine and beauty.
Step 2
The intensity of shedding strongly depends on the breed of the dog, in some of them the hair falls out in real clumps. It often happens that individual hairs have already fallen out, but having lost their neighbors, they continue to hang down, delivering unbearable itching to the dog. Therefore, do not be lazy to comb your animal, it is advisable to do this several times a day.
Step 3
First, brush over the entire body of the animal to remove any loose hair. And only when nothing remains on the brush, you can take up the comb.
Step 4
Gradually, step by step, separate small areas of the fur, brush over them, trying to capture the falling undercoat. If your dog belongs to the category of short-haired, it will be quite enough to walk over it with just a bristly brush.
Step 5
You can also use a special spray for dog hair care. It will not only make the hairline soft, but also provide it with all the necessary nutrients. Spray the fur, making sure that no particles of the spray get into the animal's mouth or eyes, quickly brush along the entire body.
Step 6
In most cases, brushing is a pleasure for dogs. Treat the procedure as another opportunity to communicate with your pet. At the end of the process, put on a special glove on your hand, walk it along the sides of the dog, wipe the belly and inner surfaces of the legs to remove the remaining hair.
